General Guidelines and Dominant Host feature

Cubeklix is a software designed by Heptacube Inc. to manage publicity on all Heptacube productions. The following will provide the general guidelines for advertisements.

Since our Web productions do not always target the same audiences, we introduced the concept of dominant host. A dominant host is one specific site which a client would use to maximize his exposure time, instead of spreading out his advertisements on all of our sites. The dominant host option is not mandatory for advertisers, however they have the option to use this feature. The dominant host option is not influenced by the ‘Pay per click’ (PPC) advertising model. When choosing the dominant host feature, you must remember two important things:

1. Your ad will  appear primarily on the dominant host site.

This means that you need to select the dominant host that best meets your advertising needs.

2. The minimal amount of money required (buy-in) to advertise on a specific site will be set by the dominant host.

The guidelines are simple. Clients will be required to have a minimum amount of credit in their account so they can benefit from productions that present high-quality content (HQC) and/or high-customer traffic (HCT). Our corporate site, Heptacube.com, meets both of these requirements, and therefore is often used as a dominant host.

As for the Pay-per-click costs, it will depend on the dominant you choose. A popular host such as Heptacube.com will require a higher PPC, while a less popular one would require a smaller one. The basic online rule of “bid and ask” applies when advertising with Heptacube Inc. productions.

Once money is credited to your Cubeklix account, you can begin adding advertisements on all our sites.

Please note: the configuration of new ads will not be deducted from your account until you have received a hit. For example, with a $100 worth of credit, an advertiser may create as many adds as he wishes without being charged, until a hit is received.
